Chelsea, Man Utd-linked striker Dike reveals which Premier League club he supports
Published: April 20, 2021Orlando City loanee Daryl Dike has been in great form since his deadline day move to Championship outfit Barnsley.
With 15 games under his belt in the second tier, the United States international of Nigerian descent has scored eight goals in 1,029 minutes of action - a goal every 129 minutes.
Dike's performances have seen him linked with the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Everton, Leeds United, Wolverhampton Wanderers, West Ham United and Newcastle United ahead of the summer transfer window.
If he had his way, he would prefer a move to Stamford Bridge as he has admitted that he is a fan of the Blues.
When asked to reveal the club he grew up supporting, Dike told Sky Sports : "I've grown up as a Chelsea fan my entire life.
"My parents and brother are big Arsenal fans, but I was always a Chelsea fan, I don't know why! But there was always a little rivalry there in the household.
"I like [Didier] Drogba as well. Him and [Romelu] Lukaku are big target No 9s and people I made my game after."

Daryl Dike has played two friendly matches for the United States, his brother Bright has been capped by Nigeria while his sister Courtney is a Super Falcon.
