Crystal Palace's Olise battles Harry Kane, 2 others for FA Cup Player of fourth round
Crystal Palace exciting winger Michael Olise is in the running to be named as the Emirates FA Cup Player of the fourth round.

The 2021 Super Eagles invitee will do battle with Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, Nottingham Forest attacking midfielder Brennan Johnson and Boreham Wood goalkeeper Taye Ashby-Hammond for the accolade.

Olise delivered a man of the match performance as Crystal Palace defeated Hartlepool United 2-0 at Selhurst Park to book their place in the fifth round.

For the second game in a row in this season's FA Cup, the former Chelsea schoolboy helped himself to a goal and assist.

Marc Guehi opened the scoring in the fourth minute when he swept home a delightful free-kick from Olise and the Anglo-French-Nigerian-Algerian starlet turned from provider to scorer for the game's second goal.

The 20-year-old drifted into the box and sent the goalkeeper the wrong way at the near post in the 22nd minute.

Olise has made six career appearances in the Emirates FA Cup, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
