Contract until June 2024 now agreed.
Omole was offered a new contract to extend his stay at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but turned down the offer.
The 22-year-old was registered as a senior player in Tottenham's Premier League and Europa Conference League squads last season.
Omole was a non-playing substitute against Rennes and NS Mura in the Europa Conference League and was on the bench for the Premier League match versus Crystal Palace.
Prior to his move to Tottenham Hotspur in 2020, he was on the books of Arsenal for six years after joining them from Thamesmead.
Omole's contract with Crawley Town will keep him at Broadfield Stadium until June 30, 2024.
