ESPN To Broadcast Game; Venezuela Squad Hit By Injuries
Published: November 11, 2012Media giants ESPN has secured the rights to broadcast Wednesday's exhibition game between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Venezuela National Team, nicknamed The Burgundy.
A large number of Nigerian and Venezuelan supporters are expected at Marlins Park, Miami to witness the encounter that serves as a tune - up game for both countries.
The Nigeria selection led by Coach Stephen Keshi will use the friendly to fine-tune strategies ahead of the 2013 African Cup in South Africa while the South Americans have a difficult Brazil 2014 qualifying group to navigate.
