Official: STEPHEN MAKINWA Joins Carrarese Calcio
Published: November 13, 2012Out - of - favor Nigeria international Stephen Makinwa has reached an agreement in principle to join Lega Pro Prima Divisione B Carrarese Calcio, the Tuscany based club revealed on its official website on Tuesday.
''The Carrarese Calcio announces that it has reached an agreement with the player Stephen Makinwa. The player arrived this afternoon at the sports center of Luni at around 15.00, with the Sports Director Sandro Federico and his agent Silvano Martina,'' The Light Blues said in a press release.
Shortly after Makinwa's arrival, he had his first training session with his new teammates.
29- year - old Makinwa attracted suitors from China and Austria, but his priority was to remain in Italy.
