Done Deal: CHARLES NWAOGU Inks One - And - A - Half - Year Deal With Flota Swinoujscie
Published: December 18, 2012Polish I liga outfit Flota �winouj�cie have announced the signing of 22 - year - old Nigerian striker Charles Nwaogu on a one - and - a - half - year contract.
This will be Nwaogu's second spell with The Islanders. Recall that he spent two successful seasons with Flota �winouj�cie from 2009 - 2011, scoring 28 goals in 61 matches. From there he moved to Energie Cottbus in Germany in June 2011. However, his first team opportunities were scarce and he was subsequently released.
Nwaogu started the 2012 - 2013 campaign with Arka Gdynia but was shown the exit door on September 4 for disobeying the instructions of the coach.
Flota Swinoujscie top the log in Poland's second - tier after amassing 40 points from 17 matches.
