John Ogu To Miss Benfica Game

For the away trip to Benfica on Wednesday in the League Cup, Académica coach Pedro Emmanuel will be without the services of Nigerian midfielder John Ugochukwu Ogu.
Ogu has been sidelined since December 30th after suffering a groin injury during the game against Olhanense.
''I am out for one week now, this is the second week. Doctor confirmed it is nothing serious that will keep me out for months. So, it all depends on how I feel. Personally, I feel less pain but not 100 percent okay.
''I started rehabilitation on Sunday, ran for the first time since the injury. I am not sure if I am going to make it for the cup match on Wednesday (with Benfica),'' says Ogu to allnigeriasoccer.com.
