Keshi Names Starting Eleven For Mali Test
Published: February 06, 2013Super Eagles gaffer Stephen Keshi has kept faith with the same starting eleven that defeated nailed on pre-tournament favourites Ivory Coast 2-1 last weekend to qualify for the semi-finals of the competition, where they face Mali in a few hours time.
It means skipper Joseph Yobo, Norway based midfielder Fegor Ogude, Ikechukwu Uche and Ahmed Musa will be on the bench.
Nigeria will be battling to qualify for Sunday's final of the African Nations Cup for the first time in 13 years. On the other hand, the Eagles of Mail have not competed in the final game since 1972.
