Russian Football Expert Valery Reinhold Rates Emenike, Musa
Published: February 11, 2013Former Spartak Moscow player and Russian football expert Valery Reinhold has commented on the performance of Emmanuel Emenike and Ahmed Musa at the just concluded African Cup of Nations in South Africa.
''Spartak Moscow's Emmanuel Emenike was top scorer with four goals. Of course, agents of top clubs will now pay attention to him. Pity he got injured before the final.
''CSKA striker Ahmed Musa also made a good impression, he is a fast player. Once again, he confirmed that he has sufficient acceleration. However, he did not always successfully manifest himself in a team game. But at the point of attack as usual was good. But it is peculiar to African players, especially the young. They are great to rush to goal, but combination work is not as good as they are required,'' Reinhold told gazeta.ru.
In conclusion, Valery Reinhold said Nigeria had a good team , especially the front line. And it should not be a surprise that they were crowned champions.
