Done Deal: Chuks Akabueze Joins Chinese Club Wuhan Zall
Published: February 19, 2013Nigeria international Chuks Akabueze's five - year sojourn in Norway has come to an end, Atta Aneke, the agent of the former Kwara United star has exclusively revealed to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Chuks Akabueze, better known as Bentley, has departed SK Brann's training camp to complete his switch to Chinese Super League club Wuhan Zall, who are in Barcelona preparing for the resumption of the league.
Subject to a traditional medical examination, Akabueze will sign a two year contract plus option of an additional year with Wuhan Zall .
''We have reached an agreement for Akabueze to sign a two - year deal with Wuhan Zall . There's an option of an additional year inserted in the contract.
''After five years in Norway, it is time to change environment. His contract with Brann would have run out at the end of next season.
''He will travel with Wuhan Zall back to China next week,'' says Aneke to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Chukwuma Akabueze, who has caps for the Super Eagles, netted 9 times in 28 appearances last season for the Bergen based outfit.
