Chuks Akabueze Denied Chinese Visa; Doubtful For Season-Opener

Nigeria international Chuks Akabueze is a major doubt for Wuhan Zall's first game in the Chinese Super League this Friday against Jiangsu Sainty, writes sports.163.com with reference to Wuhan Evening News.

Recall that Akabueze, otherwise known as Bentley, penned a two - year contract with Wuhan Zall last month.

That deal was negotiated and signed in Spain when the Chinese club were in the country having pre - season training.

After signing the contract, Akabueze had to return to Nigeria to start the process of applying for a visa to the Asian country.
