Malta Champions Birkirkara Eye Frank Temile
Published: June 25, 2013After failing to establish himself at Ukraine powerhouse Dynamo Kiev, Frank Temile may return to Malta in the summer transfer market as he is attracting interest from Birkirkara, writes Malta Independent.
President Joe Zammit told the newspaper that a line of communication has been opened between the club and Temile but admitted that negotiations have not been concluded.
Despite Birkirkara's interest in Temile and other foreign reinforcements, the club expect to retain the services of former Enyimba forward Shola Shodiya.
Frank Temile, who has a good reputation in the Island Nation, was on the books of Valletta in the 2007 - 2008 season.
Birkirkara will face Slovenian champions Maribor in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.
