Kilmarnock Terminate Papa Idris Contract
Published: June 30, 2013Scottish Premier League club Kilmarnock have unilaterally terminated the contract of Nigeria international Papa Idris.
Just before the close of the March registration deadline, the 23 - year - old stopper signed a three - year deal with Killie, but has failed to make his official debut for undisclosed reasons.
Kilmarnock chairman Michael Johnston said: ''We are terminating his contract and it is not an agreed situation so there could be some issues to resolve.''
Papa Idris is currently holidaying in Zaria, north -central Nigeria.
English agent Tony Harris brokered the deal which took the ex Kano Pillars defender to Kilmarnock.
