'New Nosa Igiebor' Fredrick Ogangan Testing With Mexican Club Inter Playa
Published: July 07, 2013Fredrick Ogangan, hailed as the new Nosa Igiebor, has been undergoing test with Mexican club Inter Playa for the past two weeks.
The 20 - year - old midfielder hopes to land a contract with the Segunda division outfit when his evaluation comes to an end, probably in the next one week.
Ogangan has admitted that he was well received by the coaches and the players of Inter Playa.
''The training has been very intensive, physical all through. We are playing like four matches in the next one week. So I guess after that I'll know if I am going to be offered a contract.
''Excellent atmosphere here at the club. I was well received by officials of Inter Playa, I am staying in the club house.
''The players have also been warm and I hope I am considered as I have bonded with most of them already,'' Oganga, who last played for Spanish side C.D. Atlético Malacitan, said to allnigeriasoccer.com.
The midfield all-rounder trained with Nigeria's Under 17 team, the Golden Eaglets back in 2009.
