Swansea City On The Verge Of Signing Chelsea's Nigerian Striker
Swansea City are on the brink of announcing the signing of England U21 international of Nigerian parentage Tammy Abraham.
The BBC writes on its electronic edition that the Swans have reached an agreement with Chelsea over the signing of the prolific striker, and paperwork for the deal will be finalized today.
Tammy Abraham will join Swansea City on a season-long loan and it is thought he will extend his contract with the Blues before traveling to Wales.
The Paul Clement led side beat off stiff competition from the likes of Newcastle United, Brighton and Hove and Everton.
The 19-year-old Abraham, who is representing England at the U21 EURO, netted 23 goals in the league for Bristol City last season.
