Seven years after he left France, former Golden Eaglets sensation Simon Zenke has returned to the country, signing a five-month deal with Sporting Club Schiltigheim, who play in the Championnat National 2, equivalent of fourth-tier.
Zenke previously wore the colours of RC Strasbourg, Samsunspor, AS Nancy, Istanbul BB, Sanlıurfaspor, Karabukspor, Tubize and Dinamo Bucharest in Europe.
Another former Nigeria youth international in Kehinde Fatai has made a return to the country he started his professional career, joining Romania Liga 1 team Astra Giurgiu in a deal that expires at the end of the 2020-2021 season.
The striker has represented Romanian clubs Farul and Astra Ploiesti in the past plus Club Brugge (Belgium), Ufa (Russia), Sparta Prague (Czech Republic) and Dinamo Minsk (Belarus).

Finally, out of favour Super Eagles striker Osaguona Ighodaro has inked a six-month deal with Persian Gulf Pro League side Persepolis.
The former Enugu Rangers man has played in Morocco, Belgium, Qatar, Iran and South Korea.
