Very promising Nigerian defender, Tobi Omole has given the strongest hint yet that he is set to continue his association with Premier League club Arsenal.
According to Jeorge Bird, the 18-year old defender was reportedly in training with the U23 squad at the club's London Colney on Tuesday.
Omole, who made appearances for Arsenal youth teams in the U18 Premier League, FA Youth Cup and Premier League 2 last term, was offered a new deal by Arsenal in the off-season but there's no further update from the club.
There is, however a concern for his talented compatriot, Armstrong Okoflex who was offered a scholarship deal but is yet to report for training.
Okoflex had a stop-start campaign for the U18s during the course of last campaign, with four of his seven outings coming in the latter part of the league season.
Earlier this month, Tolaji Bola put pen to paper on a new contract with Arsenal while Ryan Alebiosu and Bukayo Saka earned scholarship deals with the club.
