Nigeria international Peter Olayinka has agreed a new deal with Slavia Prague, keeping him at the current Czech champions until June 30, 2023.
Olayinka joined Slavia Prague for a club record fee of 3.2 million euros in July 2018, before it was surpassed by Nicolae Stanciu the following season.
The 25-year-old has scored 17 goals, including the opening goal against FC Midtjylland in the UEFA Champions League qualifying round, in 85 appearances across all competitions for Slavia Prague.
Olayinka signed the new deal shortly after finding the net against Slovan Liberec in the Fortuna Liga.
"I am happy that I could extend my contract in Slavia and that I can continue playing for the club," Olayinka said to Slavia Prague's official website.
"It is very important to see that the club trusts me and that they want me to stay. It is pushing me forward.
"My first year here was quite difficult, but now I am enjoying myself and everything is going good. This season and the last one were both fantastic".
Olayinka turned out for KF Skënderbeu, FK Bylis Ballsh, SV Zulte Waregem and FK Dukla Prag in the past.
