Exclusive : Shanghai Greenland Set To Loan Out Hong Kong Youth International Brian Fok
Published: June 12, 2015
Shanghai Greenland’s Hong Kong youth - teamer Brian Fok has revealed that he is likely to be farmed out on loan again as his Chinese Super League team have exhausted their players quota.
Born in Kaduna, the former Pepsi Academy player spent the second portion of the 2014 - 2015 campaign on loan at Spanish side FC Cracks.
“I returned to Shanghai Greenland a week ago, my squad is on vacation, so I am training with the reserves,” said Brian Fok to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“I want to go on loan again to another Chinese team. I can’t get registered for the first team because they are on maximum quota.
“The rule is 25 players max and we have already registered 25 players. So unless someone gets sold or loaned out, I can’t be registered.”
This website understands that Brian Fok’s intermediary has opened a line of communication with a couple of Chinese League One as regards to the possibility of signing the central defender.
Brian Fok has caps for all the youth teams of Hong Kong but has committed his international future to the Super Eagles.
