Official : Tesho Akindele Renews His FC Dallas Vows

With a statement on its official website, MLS outfit FC Dallas has informed that the contract of Canada international Tesho Akindele has been extended.
The current MLS Rookie of the Year has put pen to paper on a fresh three - year deal with Dallas, which will keep him at the Toyota Stadium until November 2018.
“I couldn’t be happier right now. This team obviously took a chance on me when maybe some other teams wouldn’t have in the draft.
“I’m glad it worked out my first year and I’m excited to be here,” Tesho Akindele told fcdallas.com.
The 23 - year - old, who has been named to the Canadian Gold Cup roster, has played 43 first team games for FC Dallas, scoring 11 goals.
