Official : Ex Millwall Starlet Femi Akinwande Joins Colchester United

English League One club Colchester United have announced the signing of ex Dartford striker Femi Akinwande following a successful trial.
The 19 - year - old, who will remain at Colchester Community Stadium until the end of this season, will start with the Development Squad.
A product of Millwall, Femi Akinwande was offered a contract after impressing in two trial matches for the U’s.
During his stint with Isthmian League Division One North club Maldon & Tiptree, the Anglo - Nigerian scored 12 goals in 18 appearances.
Midfielder Tosin Olufemi , who has appeared nine times in League One this term, is on the books of Colchester United.
