Nigeria 1 Mali 1 (5-4 On Pens) : Flying Eagles Reach WAFU B U20 Final

The U20 National Team, Flying Eagles, on Friday night reached the final of the 2018 WAFU U20 Championship in Togo with a 5-4 penalty shootout win over the Mali.
Following their 1-1 draw at regulation time, the game was decided on penalties.
Sambou Cissoko opened the scoring for the Malians, before James Valentine Ozornwafor drew Nigeria level.
The two teams failed to find a winner at the end of 90 minutes.
In the shootout, Nigeria converted all their five kicks while Mali scored four from the spot.
Nigeria with face Senegal in the final of the competition on Sunday.

The WAFU U20 Championship is a preparatory tournament for next year's U20 Africa Cup of Nations that Niger Republic is hosting 2nd – 17th February.
