The Super Eagles-eligible attacking midfielder has netted four goals in his last six games, with all four being scored in April.
He was named alongside Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, Manchester United left-back, Tyrell Malacia and 8 others.
Eze has rediscovered his mojo under Crystal Palace manager, Roy Hodgson, and has been pivotal in the Eagles' resurgence, which has seen them win 4 games, draw 1 and lost 1 under their new manager and steer them away from relegation.
Manchester City have the highest number of representatives with three players, then Crystal Palace with two, while Liverpool, Manchester United, Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Bournemouth and Brentford have one player each in the Team of the Month.
