Obioma made a splash last season, winning the Nigerian Premier League Golden Boot with sixteen goals to his name, comprising fourteen in the regular season and two in the playoffs.
His form has not gone unnoticed, with clubs based in Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Egypt interested in his signature.
Enyimba are aware that Obioma is being sought after by foreign clubs and have placed an asking price of US$250,000.00 (approximately N194 million) on the 24-year-old.
Esperance and Étoile Sportive du Sahel are aware of Obioma's valuation, the duo have not made official bids to the Nigerian champions but have held discussions with the player's intermediaries.
The striker wants to embark on a new chapter in his career, despite the possibility of playing in the group stage of the CAF Champions League should he remain at Enyimba for the 2023-2024 campaign.
Obioma is represented by Nigerian agent Samuel Ogbah of Activity Chambers.
