Arsenal U19s were beaten 3-0 by Schalke 04 in the final of the prestigious Spax Cup on Monday afternoon in Germany.<br /><br />The Young Gunners saw off Liverpool this morning to reach the final of the competition thanks to a goal from Eddie Nketiah , and Ovie Ejaria lasted the distance in the 1-0 loss suffered by his team.<br /><br />The 18-year-old midfielder was shown a yellow card in the 28th minute against Arsenal, and was not in action few hours later when the Reds tackled VfL Wolfsburg in the bronze medal game.<br /><br />Nigerian winger Aaron Eyoma started on the bench against Liverpool but returned to the starting line-up for the showpiece game. <br /><br />Maximilian Pronichev (2) and Fabian Reese were on the mark for&nbsp; Schalke 04 in the final.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : arsenal.com<br /><br />
