Former Flying Eagles striker Abdulwaheed Afolabi waited until the second half of extra time before his introduction in the final of the Azerbaijan Cup between his team Gabala and Neftci.<br /><br />Normal and extra time failed to produce a winner, with the scoreline reading 1 - 1, thus, a penalty shootout had to decide the outcome of the meeting.<br /><br />Neftci were luckier than their opponents, converting three of their kicks while Gabala could only find target two times.<br /><br />After finishing in third position in the Premier League, Gabala are one of Azerbaijan&rsquo;s representatives in the Europa League and they will start in the first qualifying round.<br /><br />Afolabi, whose contract expires at the end of this season, scored only 1 goal in the championship and another in the Cup clash against Mil-MuÄŸan last December.<br /><br />Photo Credit : fckuban.ru<br />
