Algeria Sweating On Fitness Of Star Striker Ahead Of WCQ Against Nigeria

New Algeria coach Georges Leekens is sweating on the fitness of <span style="" class="notranslate">Dinamo Zagreb striker Hilal Soudani ahead of his team</span>&rsquo;s match day two World Cup qualifier against Nigeria.<br /><br />The 28-year-old had to be replaced six minutes before the end of <span style="" class="notranslate">Dinamo Zagreb</span>&rsquo;s league game with NK Inter Zapresic on Saturday because of a muscular thing injury. <br /><br />It is not yet known the severity of the injury suffered by the former Vit&oacute;ria Guimar&atilde;es SC star until he undergoes further tests.<br /><br /><span style="" class="notranslate">Hilal Soudani is one of the shining lights of the Algeria squad this term, with 8 goals in 18 appearances for the Croatian champions and is expected to make the squad that will be announced on Tuesday. <br /><br />He started and played 77 minutes of the Desrert Foxes 1-1 draw with Cameroon earlier this month and opened scoring early in the first half.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /></span><br />
