Aminu Umar Reaches Agreement In Principle With Samsunspor
<font size="2"><font size="3">Top scorer at the African Youth Championship Aminu Umar has reached an agreement in principle to join Samsunspor.<br /><br />The Flying Eagles striker has signed contract papers and will travel to Bolu, Turkey in the coming days to link up with his new teammates at a training camp.<br /><br />A top Nigerian agent, who scouts for a Swiss based
agency, had proposed the 18 - year - old striker to a couple of clubs in
the Super League - Young Boys, Grasshopper, Luzern and FC Basel.<br /><br />A visa hitch prevented Umar from traveling to Turkey last week, but that has now been resolved.<br /><br />The leadership of Samsunspor is also working on acquiring the Dolphins midfielder Abdul Ajagun in the summer transfer market.<br /><br />Simon Zenke, Akeem Agbetu and Ekigho Ehiosun had previously defended the colors of <i>The Red Lightning</i>.</font><br /></font><br /><br />
