Anthony Ujah Proud Of Performance Against Germany International Mats Hummels

Anthony Ujah has stated that he was not intimidated by the presence of Mats Hummels last weekend when Cologne played a goalless draw with Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga.<br /><br />Hailed as the new version of Franz Beckenbauer, the Germany international is one of the most sought- after defenders ahead of the summer transfer market, with reports strongly linking him with a move to Manchester United.<br /><br />Ujah, 24, has said that Mats Hummels had to work his socks off to stop him from scoring at Signal-Iduna-Park on Saturday, but acknowledged that the Borussia Dortmund skipper is a top quality center - half.<br /><br />&ldquo;He is one of the best defenders in the world, but playing with two strikers we were able to give him problems.<br /><br />&ldquo;I had a few things to learn from the experience playing against him,&rdquo; Anthony Ujah said.<br /><br />The Nigeria international was pleased to secure a point away from home, adding that Cologne probably need at least five more points from the remaining fixtures to beat the drop.<br /><br />&ldquo;We are satisfied with the point, it was a very difficult match and we had to defend a lot.<br /><br />&ldquo;We had no target of points but decided to play a collective football and fight for each other, we had our chances but still satisfied with the point.<br /><br />&ldquo;We would need at least 34 to 36 points to be certain of remaining in the Bundesliga next season,&rdquo; he concluded.<br /><br />Anthony Ujah is the 11th top scorer in the Bundesliga, with 9 goals to his name after 25 rounds.
