Bayern Munich&rsquo;s Austria international David Alaba is generating transfer interest from European champions Barcelona.<br /><br />German daily <i>Bild </i>has reported that Barcelona&rsquo;s international sporting director Ariedo Braida was at Signal-Iduna-Park on Saturday to watch the wing-back in action against Borussia Dortmund in the German Clasico.<br /><br />It is not the first time Alaba has been linked with a possible move to a Spanish powerhouse, with Real Madrid tracking his progress for the last two seasons.<br /><br />The defender, who has Nigerian blood flowing in his veins, is contractually linked to Bayern Munich until the summer of 2018 and has a market value of 45 million euros.<br /><br />African Footballer of the Year, <span style=\"\" class=\"notranslate\">Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ilkay G&uuml;ndogan were also scouted by </span>Ariedo Braida.<br /><br /><b>Ifeanyi Abanum</b><br />
