The Sun writes that The Blues are not allowing the England youth international go entirely and want a clause inserted into the deal stipulating that he can be bought back from Lokomotiv Moscow for a fee of £25million (approximately N17.8billion in Nigerian currency).
Former Nigeria Football Federation target Tammy Abraham was sold to Roma this month with a similar clause.
Anjorin inked a five-year contract with Chelsea last summer but has made a difficult decision to leave his boyhood club due to a lack of first team opportunities, with the likes of Mason Mount, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Hakim Ziyech, Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic ahead of him in manager Thomas Tuchel's pecking order of attacking midfielders and wingers.
The 19-year-old is regarded as one of the academy players with the most potential and unlikely to develop further with lack of playing time.
Anjorin has been offered a multi-year contract by Lokomotiv Moscow and the transfer fee has been fixed at £18million.
He is set to become the third Nigeria-eligible player to depart Chelsea on a permanent basis this summer after Victor Moses and Ike Ugbo who joined Spartak Moscow and Racing Genk respectively.
