Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has been named in England&rsquo;s 24 - man squad for their remaining European Championship qualifiers in October.<br /><br />Everton&rsquo;s Ross Barkley is set to add to his 15 international caps after coach Roy Hodgson named him among the 8 midfielders selected for the games against Estonia and Lithuania. <br /><br />The Three Lions manager explained that he invited Dele Alli after the 19 - year - old was extensively scouted.<br /><br />&ldquo;We&rsquo;ve been impressed with Dele Alli and this is a chance to get to know him.
