Dele Alli is hoping England Under 21s maintain their 100 percent record when they take on Norway in a European Under 21 Championship qualifier in Drammen on Monday.<br /><br />The Tottenham Hostpur midfielder shone like a million stars as Gareth Southgate&rsquo;s side defeated USA Under 23s 1- 0 in Preston on Thursday in their first game of the new season.<br /><br />&ldquo;The first game is always a big one and we want to get a win to start off with the points,&rdquo; said Alli to thefa.com.<br /><br />&ldquo;It&rsquo;s a big game and we want to do as well as we can.
