The newly created Delta State Under 16 Elite League is schedule to be launched in the coming days. <br /><br />The league is designed alongside the English Premier League and will serve as a platform where talents from the State are discovered and nurtured to stardom.<br /><br />This is a report from the Chairman/CEO of the League, ex-Nigeria international defender Sam Sodje.<br /><br />It is noteworthy that the league already has the blessing and support of the sports loving&nbsp; Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa.<br /><br />More details on the inauguration and the official take off date of the elite league will be made available in due course.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br />
