Premier League side West Ham United have announced the contenders for their Goal of the Month award for November 2025, with a player of Nigerian descent Andre Dike making the cut.
Described as an intelligent player who can play out wide or as a striker, Dike has been nominated for his effort against Crystal Palace U18s on November 8.
The English-Nigerian forward netted the game-winning goal as the Hammers came from behind twice to beat the Eagles 3-2 in an U18 Premier League fixture at Little Heath Training Ground.
In the sixth minute of stoppage time, Dike picked up the ball on the left flank, weaved through challenges and powered into the box before firing home a brilliant strike to seal a with the final kick of the game.
Also making the shortlist for West Ham's Goal of the Month are first team stars Lucas Paqueta and Callum Wilson, Viviane Asseyi and Shekiera Martinez from the Women's team, and development squad player Mohamadou Kante.
So far this season, Dike has tallied six goals in twelve games across the U18 Premier League, Premier League 2 and FA Youth Cup.
Dike has also shone on the international stage, representing England at U16 and U17 level and marking his U17 debut in September 2024 with a goal in a 5–0 win over Mexico.
