Elderson Echiejile Will Not Renew Sporting Braga Contract
According to the electronic edition of <i>A Bola</i>, Elderson Echiejile has decided not to extend his contract with Sporting Braga, with only eight months left before the expiration of his current deal.<br /><br />And that means the Nigeria international is likely to depart the AXA Stadium in January 2014 as Braga would love to recoup some of their previous investment on the player.<br /><br />He arrived Sporting Braga in the summer of 2010 after representing Nigeria at the Fifa World Cup where he put himself in the shop window.<br /><br />It should be noted that fifty percent of Echiejile’s economic rights belongs to an investment company, which is legal in Portugal.<br /><br />Amongst others, the ex Rennes man had attracted interest from Besiktas(Turkey), Norwich (England) and Stuttgart (Germany) over the summer.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
