Nigeria have been crowned winners of the 2015 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations courtesy of a 2-1 victory over their Algerian counterparts at the Leopold Senghor Stadium on Saturday night. <br /><br />A brace from Oghenekaro Etebo ensured that the Warri Wolves striker finished the tournament as the top scorer with five goals.<br /><br />Nigeria drew the first blood through Etebo in the 14th minute from the penalty spot.<br /><br />Algeria were back on level terms as Segun Oduduwa diverted the ball to his own net on the half-hour mark.<br /><br />Etebo restored his team&rsquo;s lead some minutes to the end of the first half from a solo effort.<br /><br />The second half produced some electrifying moments but neither side scored as Nigeria won the tournament for the first time in its history.<br /><br />Photo Credit : thenff.com<br />
