Ex-CSKA Moscow Defender Inks One-And-A-Half-Year Deal With Rotor Volgograd

Lionel Adams has ended speculation about his future by inking a deal
with Russian National Football League club Football Club Rotor
Volgograd.
The 25-year-old has put pen to paper
on a one-and-a-half-year contract, keeping him at Volgograd until the
end of the 2020-2021 season.
Adam's contract with the
Russian second-tier club will start running when the transfer window
opens for business on January 22, 2020.
A
central defender by trade, he opted to return to his country of birth
following the expiration of his contract with Belarusian Premier League
club FC Isloch Minsk Raion.
He was born in St. Petersburg to a Nigerian father and Russian mother.
Previously, the center back turned out for DYuSSh CSKA, CSKA Moscow, Enisey, KamAZ, Banants and CCD Cerceda.
Adams has played non-binding games for Russia's U18 National Team.
