Exclusive: Racing Genk, Ndidi Rep Dismiss Newcastle United Link To Nigeria Midfielder
Both Belgian club Racing Genk and the bonafide representative of Nigeria national-teamer Wilfred Ndidi have dismissed reports linking the midfielder with a January move to Championship high-flyers Newcastle United.<br /><br />But if those reports that emanated from the British press are taken at face value, the defensive all-rounder will move to <span class="_Xbe">NE1 4ST when the transfer market reopens for eight million pounds, with Watford and Tottenham Hotspur also in the running for his signature.<br /><br /></span>Racing Genk Brand and Communication Manager Willem Boogaerts told <b>allnigeriasoccer.com</b> : “I have no information on the interest from Newcastle United, I know nothing about that.”<br /><br />Ndidi’s bonafide representative added : “Ndidi came for national team duties, no talks have taken place with Newcastle United, Watford and Spurs.
