Ahead of the Audi 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs Western Conference second leg against Dallas on Sunday,&nbsp; Portland Timbers striker Fanendo Adi has revealed that his teammates are behind his sparkling form in Major League Soccer in the 2015 season.<br /><br />The 25 - year - old has netted 19 goals in all competitions but did not make the scoresheet in the Timbers 3 - 1 defeat of Dallas in the first leg of the MLS Cup Playoffs last weekend.<br /><br />&ldquo;The guys have been really fantastic because if they don&rsquo;t give me the ball I won&rsquo;t be able to put it in the back of the net,&rdquo; Adi told timbers.com. <br /><br />&ldquo;So the whole team have been amazing and that&rsquo;s just what&rsquo;s helping.&rdquo;<br /><br />Adi scored the game-winner and series-clincher against Vancouver Whitecaps FC in the Western Conference Semifinals.<br /><br /><br />
