FAYC : Everton's Anglo-Nigerian striker on target in loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford

Manchester United have sealed their place in the sixth round of the FA Youth Cup after coming from behind to beat Everton 4-1 at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

Toffees striker of Nigerian descent Francis Okoronkwo, a summer signing from Sunderland, finished well into the bottom corner to give the visitors the lead after ten minutes.

In doing so, he took his tally in this season's competition to three goals having scored in previous rounds against Fulham and Sheffied United.

Everton's lead lasted less than two minutes as McNeill converted a spot kick to equalise for the Red Devils and they took the lead in the 28th minute when Kobbie Mainoo headed into the bottom corner from Marc Jurado's cross.

Sam Mather and Alejandro Garnacho got their names on the scoresheet in the second half to round off a comprehensive win.

Manchester United's Anglo-Nigerian midfielder Maxi Oyedele came off the bench for the last eighteen minutes and Okoronkwo was replaced at minute 74.

In the next round of the FA Youth Cup, Oyedele and his teammates will host Kelechi Chibueze's Leicester City.
