'He Took His Goal Like A Center Forward' - Manchester United Coach Hails Debutant Odubeko
Manchester United U18 coach Neil Ryan was satisfied with the
performance of Mipo Odubeko on his debut against Blackburn Rovers in the U18 Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Ryan
made as many as eight alterations from the side that lost to Manchester
City in the semifinal of the Premier League Cup, with Odubeko making
his competitive debut.
Ten minutes after Laird had opened the scoring, the Nigerian doubled the
advantage when he rounded the goalkeeper and finished well off an
assist from Galbraith.
Speaking to United's official website,
manager Ryan said : ''Good. Great for Mipo who was making his debut for
us today, He is a young lad, school boy. Did great for his first game,
was fantastic.
