Huddersfield Town boss Carlos Corberán has claimed that Faustino Anjorin could be involved in some capacity when his side face off with Peterborough United on Friday night at the John Smith's Stadium.
The Chelsea loanee has started full training with his teammates at the Terriers having recovered from a broken metatarsal.
However, it is unlikely that Anjorin will make his full debut against the Posh considering the fact that he has been inactive for a little over four months with his last game coming against FK Nizhny Novgorod on October 30.
In addition, making an appearance off the bench could be a tall order as he is lacking match fitness but it is looking likely that his comeback is going to happen sooner rather than later.
Speaking to reporters at Thursday's pre-match presser, Corberán stated : "Tino Anjorin's worked well with the group and it means that on Friday, I'll consider him as an option.
"He's in a different situation and we need to understand his needs.
"He's a skillful player who can help out wide or in the middle."
Anjorin spent the first half of the season at Lokomotiv Moscow, for whom
he made nine appearances in all competitions and scored one goal.
Huddersfield Town currently occupy third place in the Sky Bet Championship table, having taken 59 points from 35 games so far this season.
