Iheanacho Watches As City Defender Adarabioyo, Chelsea Young Stars Ugbo&Tomori Feature In FA Youth Cup Final

Chelsea U18s played out a 1-1 draw against Manchester City U18s in the first leg of the 2016 FA Youth Cup final held on Friday night to put themselves in a good position to win the competition for the third year running.<br /><br />Three players of Nigerian descent, Ike Ugbo, Fikayo Tomori(both Chelsea) and Tosin Adarabioyo were included in the starting line-up of their respective teams, while City youngster Dele-Bashiru watched proceedings on the bench.<br /><br />The scoreline remained goalless at half time but Fikayo Tomori and Ugbo had decent opportunities to break the deadlock .<br /><br />Nemane restored parity for the Citizens in the 68th minute after Mount had opened scoring for the Young Blues five minutes out of intermission.<br /><br />A number of Manchester City first team players, including Vincent Kompany,Raheem Sterling and Kelechi Iheanacho, were present at the Academy Stadium.<br /><br />The second leg of the FA Youth Cup will hold on Wednesday at Stamford Bridge.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel<br /><br />Photo Credit : mcfc.co.uk<br />
