Heartland striker Isah Akor has been handed a trial by Polish top division side Wisla Krakow, journalist <a class=\"u-url profile\" href=\"https://twitter.com/WojtowiczG\" data-scribe=\"element:user_link\"><span class=\"full-name\"><span class=\"p-name customisable-highlight\" data-scribe=\"element:name\"><font><font class=\"\">Grzegorz Wojtowicz</font></font></span></span></a> has revealed on his Twitter page. <br /><br />The Nigerian is expected to feature in a pre - season friendly against <span style=\"\" class=\"notranslate\">MFK Karvina on Saturday.<br /><br />This is not the first time Akor has tried his luck at the 13 - time champions of Poland, but he hopes to convince manager </span><span style=\"\" class=\"notranslate\">Franciszek Smuda in his second attempt after he was not offered a contract initially.<br /><br />If the 22 - year - old is offered a contract by the White Star, he would join former Nigeria youth international Emmanuel Sarki at the club.<br /><br />Last year, Isah Akor trained with Norwegians </span>Stab&aelig;k, but nothing came out of it.<br /><span style=\"\" class=\"notranslate\"><br />Super Eagles striker Kalu Uche defended the colours of Wisla Krakow from 2001 - 2005, and on the back of his brilliant displays, Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam came calling but the club failed to rubber-stamp the move.<br /><br /></span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">Photo Credit: wisla.krakow.pl</span>
