In their first game after the World Cup break, Liverpool Ladies secured a 3 - 1 win over Arsenal Ladies in the FA WSL 1 on Sunday at Boreham Wood.<br /><br />Fara Williams (9th) and Becky Easton (17th) gave The Reds a two&nbsp; - goal lead before the end of the first half .<br /><br />Jemma Rose pulled a goal back for Arsenal in the 64th minute and two minutes later Asisat Oshoala was shown a yellow card for a late challenge.<br /><br />The Super Falcons forward netted her third goal of the season four minutes from time before she made way for Smorsgard a minute later.<br /><br />Arsenal striker Chioma Ubogagu made her seventh appearance of the season after replacing Carla Humphrey in the second half.<br /><br />Photo Credit : liverpoolfc.com<br /><br />
