Emmanuel Emenike&rsquo;s proposed move to Lokomotiv Moscow has collapsed because the Fenerbahce forward lied about the wages he is currently earning at the Turkish Super Lig side.<br /><br />The online edition of <i>Fanatik</i> has reported that the Nigeria international claimed that he was paid an annual salary of 3 million euros and demanded 3.5 million euros from the Russian club during negotiations.<br /><br />But officials of <i>The Railwaymen</i> contacted their Turkish counterparts and they were told that Emenike gave inaccurate information, and they put his annual pay packet at &euro;2.2 million.<br /><br />Lokomotiv Moscow are believed to be in the market for a forward following their sale of Dame N&rsquo;Doye to Hull City in the January transfer window.<br /><br />Emmanuel Emenike has been linked with a possible move to China this summer.<br /><br />Photo Credit : fenerbahce.org<br />
