Nigeria U20 international Chidiebere Nwakali scored his first professional goal in IK Start&rsquo;s 3-0 rout of&nbsp; Fram Larvik in the Norwegian Cup on Wednesday evening.<br /><br />On 72 minutes, the Manchester City loanee opened scoring at Framparken (Larvik) before setting up <span class="name">Robert Sandnes for the second goal of the game a minute later.<br /><br /></span><span class="name">&ldquo;I distributed many balls and created many chances.
