Faustino Anjorin continued his goal scoring prowess of the new season for Chelsea in a 1-1 draw with Leicester City U18s in their league encounter at the Cobham Training Centre on Saturday afternoon.
The scintillating 16-year-old who had started the new campaign with a goal in the 3-1 victory over Southampton last time out was on from start to finish for his side yet again while continuing to show flashes of his brilliance.
Anjorin has now scored in four straight games he has played in the U18 Premier League, against Southampton and West Ham United last term and his two strikes in the new season.
After a highly tensed game which seemed to be heading for a stalemate, the Nigerian was picked out by Ekwah-Elimby's inswinging cross which he did well to finish coolly on the volley at the far post in the 86th minute.
But City's Sidnei Tavares beat Chelsea goalkeeper, Karlo Žiger from the spot two minutes later after Luke Thomas had fouled in the area, ending the game one apiece.
Next up for Chelsea and Anjorin is a trip to the Academy Spurs Lodge where they face Tottenham in their next fixture.
