Nigerian wonderkid Bobby Adekanye was in sparkling form for Liverpool in their 2-1 win over Manchester United U18s in the U18 Premier League on Saturday. <br /><br />The former Barcelona and Ajax Amsterdam youngster struggled in his debut season in England after picking up an injury while on international duty with Holland&rsquo;s youth team, but has put his injury woes behind him in the new season.<br /><br />Against Manchester United today, Yan Dhanda opened scoring after 21 minutes before grabbing his second eight minutes later after he was set up by Adekanye. <br /><br />The 17-year-old Nigerian spent 67 minutes on Liverpool&rsquo;s Academy Ground turf on match day one against Blackburn Rovers, and assisted the Reds secure a 4-0 win. <br /><br />Adekanye penned a three-year contract with Liverpool in July 2015.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br />
